Biyi Clinical Sciences Co., Ltd. was formally established in May 2017 to assist our strategic partner, Suzhou Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation, Shanghai Institutes of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in the clinical translation of new drugs and the construction of clinical service platforms.2022 In March 2022, Suzhou Institute of Industrial Research (SIIT), Shaxi Town People's Government of Taicang City, and Taicang Biopharmaceutical Industrial Park Management Committee jointly established the "Institute of Clinical Pharmacology Technology of Suzhou Institute of Industrial Research" with our company to In March 2022, Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute, Shaxi Town People's Government of Taicang City and Taicang Biomedical Industrial Park Management Committee, in order to enhance the capacity building of clinical institutions in the region and promote the accelerated development of local enterprises' innovation, jointly set up the "Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute of Clinical Pharmacology Technology Research Institute" with the Company.

The company is headquartered in Suzhou Institute of Pharmaceutical Innovation, Shanghai Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences, with nearly 1,000 square meters of independent office space. The Clinical Pharmacology Technology Research Institute project with a total investment of 150 million yuan is located in Taicang Biomedical Industrial Park. Relying on Suzhou Industrial Technology Research Institute, the Institute combines the strengths of pharmaceutical companies, Soochow University, the newly built GCP hospital in Suzhou, etc. to set up the Institute of Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Medicine Technology, to build a comprehensive clinical research platform with the role of industry leadership and demonstration, and to help promote the strong chain of the biomedical industry of Taicang City, To help promote Taicang biopharmaceutical industry to strengthen, supplement and extend the chain, and become an international first-class biopharmaceutical industry innovation center.
